Proposed merge with Neural coding

It appears to me that the article brain code should be merged into neural coding; from what I can tell, they appear to be different terms for the same thing. I am certainly not an expert in the field, so please let me know if this is not the case. If so, perhaps brain code could be expanded to specify the difference?
